The Consular ID card is to ensure that all Ghanaian citizens residing in Mali are duly registered with the Mission. With its enhanced security features, the new ID card offers greater durability and reliability, making it a secure and long-lasting form of identification.

  

NOTE: CONSULAR IDENTIFICATION CARDS ARE ISSUED TO GHANAIAN CITIZENS ONLY.

 

To apply, applicants must;

- Complete a Consular Identification Card form (IN BLOCK/CAPITAL LETTERS) 

- Provide two (2) recent passport-sized photographs not more than three (3) months prior to the date of application and showing full face of the applicant, without a hat, cap, and sunglasses.

- Submit proof of citizenship (e.g. Birth Certificate, National Identification Card, Voters ID, Passport).

All Applicants will be interviewed.

Processing of Consular Identification Cards takes one (1) working day.
